Ceramic artist born in Iga, Mie Prefecture. He studied ceramic art in Kyoto and under Mr. Tadashi Mori after graduating from university. He went to study abroad in Italy and subsequently, he started making pottery in his hometown. While inheriting the tradition and upholding the integrity of Iga, he challenges dynamic and original expression.
