ceramic artist based in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, and the fifth-generation head of Bizan Pottery. After studying sculpture at university, he apprenticed under his grandfather Bizan Terada and his father Yasuo. Giving life to the traditional techniques of Seto and yohen effects, he creates pieces rich in originality.
